How to register and log in
Most people only need Google. Open this if something is unclear.
1) Google / Gmail (recommended)
- Tap the blue Google button (Continue / Sign up with Google).
- Choose your Gmail account.
- Done - on first use the account is created and you are signed in. No confirmation email.
There is no separate "Register with Gmail" button. The Google button does both login and registration.
2) Register with email (if you prefer)
- Enter your email address.
- Choose a password: at least 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, a number and a symbol (e.g. !@#$) - to protect your data.
- Repeat the password, choose country and portal language, then tap Register.
- You will receive a confirmation email - open the link within 24 hours.
- Then log in (portal or Android app) with the same email and password.
- If no email arrives: wait 15 minutes, enter the same email and password again, and tap Register (resend).
3) Log in later
Use the same method as when you registered: Google again, or email + password after you confirmed the email.
4) Website vs Android app
This website is for account and packages. Live broadcast is in the GuideLive Android app with the same login.
