Offer for travel agencies

Manage multiple tour guides under one agency account. Buy seat packages cheaper than individual Pro plans. Each guide logs into the Android app with their own email.

How agency access works

1. Register on the portal and tick "I register as a travel agency" (or open the agency register link).
2. Buy a B2B seat package (5 / 10 / 20) in the shop via PayPal.
3. Add new guides or link existing GuideLive accounts by email.
4. Guides sign in to the Android app with their own email and run tours.

Agency packages

All B2B packages are one-time calendar periods on the portal (PayPal). Subscription tier is priced lower; auto-renew can follow later.

• Prepaid: Agency Prepaid 5 / 10 / 20 - one month of seats, buy again when needed.
• Subscription tier: Agency Sub 5 / 10 / 20 - same month seat model, lower price.
