Delete account

You can delete your account yourself in the portal or Android app. Deletion removes payments and logs and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• All packages and payment records are removed
• Usage sessions, devices and ratings are removed
• Deleted data cannot be recovered

How to delete

1. Log in to the GuideLive web portal or Android app with your account
2. Open Account and choose Delete account
3. Confirm both warnings, type your email and DELETE
